• During the past several decades’ personnel function has been transformed from a relatively obscure record keeping staff too central and top level management function .Through this we can maintain customer records, mortgage records and automatic calculation related to mortgage account of the customer.

• The searching of record has been made quite simple as all the details of the Customers can be obtained by simple keying in the identification of that record.

This project design to meet the requirement to “Mortgage System”. It has been developed in VB.Net. I am keeping in mind the specification of the system for designing the system we have use the simple data flow diagram. The problems, which existed in the earlier system, have been removed to a large extent. And it is expected that this project will go a long way in satisfying user’s requirements. The Mortgage demonstration will not only improve the efficiency but will also reduce human stress there by indirectly improving human recourse.
