CONSULTING PROCESS
At this point, due to the process, it is frequently common that the client asks for extra
functionalities not planned. If needed, the PM will notify about extra time and costs.

development and launch of the mobile applications.

A mobile-app that offers on-demand purchase and
delivery in less than an hour of alcoholic beverages
and complements. Mellow developed the app, UX/
UI, identity, business strategy, and launch plan.
Mellow focused on creating a premium user
experience for the brand, and securing best-in-class
logistics with the company 99 minutos.

FortyTwo is a valuable platform that analyses
tweets, segment markets, and helps maintain good
communications with your clients. Thanks to
Mellow’s branding and web page creation,
FortyTwo created better impact in their clients,
resulting in an increase in sales.
KONSUMOTBD (in progress)
Mellow developed a strategy to help Konsumo, a
brick-and-mortar self-service chain, to digitalize
through the creation of a mobile app and
integrating their current SAP services, along with
adding a just-in-time home-delivery service to
increase sales in the digital world.

Mellow provided branding services, web page
functionality/responsiveness, and mobile app
development and launching, of the first mobile app
in Mexico that facilitates the tasks of professionals in
the real-estate industry.

Reto ENARM (ENARM Challenge) is a study app with a
questionnaire simulator for medical residency
candidates in Mexico.
Reto ENARM is the first success case of RETO, which will
also provide study guides for University admission

Mellow made a branding strategy, built a website
and user experience engineering to improve

Klustera, a powerful market research engine that
mines and analyses e-commerce data in Mexico 24/7.

Mellow helped Noja Packaging, a packaging
production and distribution company, by designing a
product catalog, high-quality photography, and built
a responsive website

iVenture is a web portal that allows you to
compare financial technology tools for your
investment needs, such as crowdfunding,
cryptocurrency, and others. Mellow was
supportive in platform definition, assisting in
selection and product design, as well as app UX/UI.

Aliada allows you to contact professional cleaning
services for immediate hiring, and eventually,
home-delivery. Mellow developed a mobile
application for Android to manage Aliadas'
availability and provide a better service.
TALLER FORMAtallerforma.mx
Taller Forma is a workshop that creates custom-made
promotional and fashion products.
Combining state-of-the-art technologies, highly-skilled
labor, and bespoke design, we manufacture high-end
products for diverse brands (i.e. Cardinal – present in 9
countries through 120 distributors). We use sustainably
harvested wood certified by the Forest Stewardship
Council, recycled PET plastic, acrylic and other
interesting materials to create unique pieces.
TREECAPTBD (in process)
TreeCap, a Mexican Asset Management firm, hired
Mellow to help them build their commercial
offering’s branding, commercial deck, new identity,
and a simple, yet elegant, website.

Nowadays everyone wants to make an app, so The
Fine Mess contacted Mellow to make one.
However, we determined that it was vital to first
start with a website as a proof-of-concept before
venturing into the app world. Once we build their
website, Mellow will analyze its users’ needs and
match with The Fine Mess’ business objectives, in
order to determine if building an app makes sense.

An institute with innovative study models to teach
you how to hack practical, relevant, and useful
topics such as coding for non-technical people, UX/
UI, app development, entrepreneurship, and more.
Mellow created HI’s brand identity, business
strategy definition, web page development, as well
as operative implementation of study plans.
Mellow worked with this state government to
create tools designed to measure impacts and
prevent communication-related issues, by building
social-media platforms and producing reports.
GOBIERNO DE MORELOS(Government of the state of Morelos)
OCESA is the market leader in contracting, producing,
and organising the best/biggest concerts, sporting and
other events of national and international talent in
Mexico. Mellow developed tailor-made Big Data report to
analyse the impact generated for the brand “Viva
México”, every time a foreign artist mentioned it during
its appearances in the Mexico.

A mobile app-based market-place for events. With
an active and strong presence bulletin board in
Mexico City, ALLGO users will be able to buy
tickets*, save events for later, and share with
friends. Mellow developed the business strategy,
built the app for iOS and Android, as well as
branding, design, web page, and user experience.
* Mexico currently doesn’t allow digital sales (nor resale) of
tickets, creating a powerful black-market. We are fixing this.

A digital platform designed to revolutionise tourism,
food, and Life&Style markets, by creating a social
network where users are able to share their
recommendations and experiences with voice notes
about places they have visited with geo-location. Mellow
developed branding, social network management, and
user experience to improve the functionalities of the
app, as well as raising start-up capital.
The social media-based sports news outlet,
mediotiempo.com (a company of Grupo Expansión) hired
Mellow to analyse the behavior of its social networks, as
well as those of its competition.
