Implementation and Knowledge Transfer Plan
Implementation Plan
• 2 Volunteers will travel to affected districts and train the named official at DC level
• 1 Pilot Districts will kick-off on the date decided
• Implementation at the other 14 districts will commence from 3 days after the first districts in a big bang approach
Knowledge Transfer Plan
• Parallel to implementation, 2/3 programmers from the e-Governance team will be trained on source code for maintenance and future scope addition

• Standardized Reports as per CRF Format supported out of the Box • Customized State Report formats can be added easily within minutes• System utilizes an hierarchical location format and can be customized for any state within minutes• System is capable of handling multiple disasters in parallel and can also be utilized as an historical information system for analyzing past disasters• System is capable of tracking CRF/NCCF Fund Inflow and can track expenditure across different disaster events and gives a real time view of available funds in CRF and NCCF Accounts.
