Creating an Application in DAB (RFW)

Name your applicationEnter a short description You may also label the reference field if desired

Select an Icon that suits your application











































Configure your application Metadata

Select from various styles of data input to build your columns of data that are required for the entity or process to be managed by the application.

Includes new formula field where complex calculations can be performed.

Choose the display order of fields as well as making data entry mandatory or optional.











































Apply application access

Each application has dedicated security access control. Application administration allows to assign:

- Application Admins who can also support the administration of the application

- Application Editors who can create and edit records

- Application viewers who have ability to view records only

- Assign default approvers to bring efficiency to the approval of records

Populate the data fields as designed when creating the application











































Approval and Related Items

Add users for approval cycle against each record if desired.

Approval cycle can be run in both sequential and parallel format.

Allows for Approval comments and upload of attachments to the approval .

Search for and relate documents, actions and other records from similar DAB applications.
