3D Solution Center
DEAR CUSTOMERS,
3D technology is a real godsend when detailed object designing and prototyping are very expensive: either modeling of massive objects that are very expensive to create or deliver, or tiny objects that can only be viewed through a powerful microscope. Virtual and augmented reality technology provides companies with ample opportunities for interactive staff training, delivering stunning presentations, and preparing unforgettable marketing events. In addition, effective, simple and easy to use solutions help with the demonstration of interactive 3D content.
Each system represented in our 3D Solution Center is unique, and some systems are unparalleled globally.
Please call or send an email in advance to apply for CROC’s 3D Solution Center guided tour.

CROC’s 3D production solution package helps customers create “digital factories” on their enterprises by combining four key production steps: 3D scanning, 3D modeling, 3D visualization, and 3D printing. This removes many technological restrictions and lifts production quality to a new level.
A company can now make any required part right after modeling – without using tools, casting molds, and blanks! The fact that all 3D production process components work in a single software environment simplifi es their use and improves production quality.
3D scanning creates a precise digital “mold” of a real object which can be usedfor the design in a similar way to a real mock-up. This is extremely helpful when partof an object is damaged or lost and needs to be restored.
3D PRODUCTION
USE CASES:
• Perform reverse engineering,i.e. examine an object in order to learn its internal structure and operational principles, intro-duce changes, or repro-duce without copying. 3D scanning is successfully used for examining objects with polysurfaces. A digital model is at once transmitted to the development environment for subsequent engineering analysis
• Controlling geometric para-meters with 3D scanning allows users to analyze overall deviation of geo-metrical parameters from a reference model. This is extremely important when working with poly-surfaces such as casting molds, turbine blades, etc.
• Geodetic surveys: 3D models are used at all stages from design to commissioning. In fact, model scale is unlimited

Modern 3D printing technology signifi cantly surpasses traditional production methods in terms of capabilities. This allows for the creation of objects with 10 micron accuracy; objects with non-standard geometric shapes, polysurfaces, and hidden channels; production prototypes; etc. Polymers, wax, gypsum or high-strength metals are used to print objects. Furthermore, unlike traditional production process, 3D printing has no technical restrictions and can thus enrich and add value to already underway production.
CROC offers advanced printers which are capable of creating objects with 10 micron accuracy at a speed of 30 mm/h and can be used for functional testing, assemblability checks, and obtaining fi nished products directly from a 3D printer without any additional processing.
CROC also provides consulting on implementing 3D printing technology into enterprise production processes.
3D PRINTING
