For example, if a company that sells watches found that teens in the age of 11-20 like to wear jelly watches, when a teen customer visit the company’s website or call the customer service, they will offer jelly watches to him or her and the probability of purchase is higher. Finally, CRM development can help you gain more customers other than keeping your existing ones. By knowing that new parents will need diapers for examples, they can simply take a list from a direct mail list broker to address their marketing campaign directly to them.
