Confront People- The willingness to face and deal with perceived situations with others without outside motivation

Managing fear- Understanding and, in most cases, willingness to conquer fear

Communication- Ability to talk and get ideas across to people as well as starting a conversation with a stranger

Critical Thinking AbilitiesOften times we find great candidates who lack strong critical thinking abilities. In many roles this proves to create challenges for these people to learn, adapt, and think outside the box to solve difficult business problems.

Discernment- Ability to recognize similar types of details from dissimilar types

Draw Conclusions- Ability to figure out a correct assumption from given information

Unusual Logic- Ability to see outside the box or see a problem from other viewpoints to make problem solving easier
