Step 1Evidence IT will have a initial discussion to go over and understand the case in hand, Evidence IT do not chargefor this initial consultation.

Step 2From the initial consultation, if it is agreed that there is electronic data involved in the case and that it could bebeneficial to your client, then we will carry out the following.

1. Full review/oversight of your clients IT the system used to understand how the clients has electronically communicated in the said case.

2. From the case and system review prepare a search criteria that should be used in searching the clients data.3. Carry out 1 full day of on site data acquisition.4. Provide 1 full day of analysis and searches.5. Document all procedures and findings6. Document recommendations on what degree of digital forensics may or may not be required for the case.

Finally as with every case/project we undertake, everything we do will be documented and all industry protocolsadhered to. Evidence IT will insure that any information, data or documents can be admissible in court andwithhold the toughest of interrogation.

**subject to case size, the amount of electronic equipment, please be aware this does not include review ofopposing side electronic systems, however if evidence of opposing side communications is found duringsearches then advice on these will be found in the documented recommendations, e.g. if we feel that theopposing sides equipment should undergo forensic evaluations we will put this on our recommendations.
