• reassigned within a Serverfarm as often as necessary
• moved to shared servers in the data center of a qualified service provider.
License mobility is granted to all Editions of SQL Server 2014, Exchange Server 2013, Lync Server 2013
and SharePoint Server 2013, with active Software Assurance (SA).
If Licenses have no SA, or SA is expired:
• Licenses must be assigned to a server for at least 90 days.
• Licenses may NOT be moved to shared servers in the data center of a qualified service provider

What is a server farm?
A maximum of two data centers with the following physical arrangement:
• Within 4 time zones
and/or
• Within the European Union (EU) or the European Free Trade Association
(EFTA).
ATTENTION:
• Each data center may belong to only one server farm
• Permission to reassign a data center from one server farm to another farm, but
not within 90 days of the last assignment
