File Sharing in the Cloud
Case Studies
What are files?
What are documents?
What are documents?
• Agendas • Letters / communication • Calculations and analysis • Presentations • Graphic Design
Documents used to be more like an artifact… properly formatted business letters with high latency, high transaction costs and all this artifice around the structure of the document.

Underlying all of this, what’s really going on is the business interaction you want to have.
The point of the document is you usually either record something for yourself or to have an interaction with another human being. And I think we can gradually start peeling away layers of artifice and try to get down to the raw core of that interaction.
