DESCRIPTION

On a regional level, engaging stakeholders in work-based learning leads to valuable outcomes. Participants will learn how to engage Workforce Investment Boards, superintendents and other community members in the process of assess opportunities in communities and investing in the success of academies. Using case studies and templates, participants will develop action plans and learn how to map community resources. Presenters: Deanna Hanson and Randy Wallace, National Academy Foundation
