The face of community is changing. With people spending more time on Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram, leaders need to adapt. Can we find volunteers? Are virtual communities as real and vibrant as real-world communities? What happens if people don’t have the technology or internet connections to participate in this new world? Can we discuss difficult issues online? How do we deal with self-segregating communities online?
