It automatically scores and prioritizes your emails by continuously learning from and adapting to your email behavior. C-Mail categorizes all your emails from Very High to Someday in a prioritized view. Prioritization Flags: = = Very High, = High, = = Medium, = = Low, = = Very Low, = Someday. Single Workbench C-Mail allows you to take actions on your emails such as marking them for follow-up, deferring action on them or instructing the sender to call you or see you. To mark emails To Do: 1. Select one or more emails. 2. Click To Do on the C-Mail toolbar. The message(s) you selected will appear in red in your C-Mail View until you mark them Complete. To defer action on emails: 1. Select one or more emails. 2. Click Defer on the C-Mail toolbar. 3. Choose the Date and Time to which you would like to defer action on the email(s). 4. Click OK. 10 minutes before the time that you specified, the deferred email(s) will appear in red under Very High in your C-Mail View. To mark emails To Do:

1. Select one or more emails.

2. Click To Do on the C-Mail toolbar.

The message(s) you selected will appear in red in your C-Mail View until you mark them Complete.

To defer action on emails:

2. Click Defer on the C-Mail toolbar.

3. Choose the Date and Time to which you would like to defer action on the email(s).

4. Click OK.

10 minutes before the time that you specified, the deferred email(s) will appear in red under Very High in your C-Mail View.

2. From the Contact Groups list, choose My Contacts.

3. Type the contact's email address in the box under Display Name (Email Address) Contains.

4. From the Priority list, choose the priority of that contact.

5. Click Add.
