Troubleshooting a Slowdown

Storage Zone for ShareFile.



The storage zone is slow because it is hosted on a VMware server that has

a bottleneck



One of the datastores of the ESX server is seeing a

major issue.

I/O write latency is very high.

The critical issue is in one of the VMs.



Disk Activity on the CRM-Oracle 11G VM is showing a critical issue.

This disk is 99.5% busy!



An Oracle database instance on this VM is causing so many
