To be tackled in the order of priority the CCE Network sets during this Face to Face in Cuzco:
Develop and implement an own Network vision and convince SDC decision makers to support it
organic dynamic (diminuation, growth & mergers of networks if wanted by networker)
More time resources
•from actual active networkers in GPCC and participating entities and
coordination offices: SDC staff and their management start to prioritise network
participation
•from the non participating entities and coordination offices concerned by Climate
Change
•From partner-organisations

1) Adaptation : Number of developed CCA policies and strategies that are implemented with Switzerland's support.
2) Adaptation: Number of people who have been made aware of future impacts and have become more environmentally resilient; number of countries with programmes to quantify the economic costs and benefits of adaptation measures.
3) Adaptation / Forests: Number of local authorities involved in forest management and the number of management plans that are drafted and implemented.
4) Forests: Number of countries which have adopted and implemented plans for sustainable forest management.
5) Energy: Reduction in annual calculated CO2 emissions in tonnes; introduction of new and sustainable technologies for energy generation.

6) Energy/Mitigation: Reduction in annually projected CO2 emissions (CO2-equivalent) in tonnes in industrial processes; proportion of energy utilized; number of projects designed to transfer technologies to the countries of the South.
7) Energy: Number of cleantech enterprises in developing countries which have established themselves on the market thanks to new investments by the SIFEM (Swiss Investment Fund for Emerging Markets) and are having a positive impact on employment.
8) Energy: Number of people who have access for the first time to a reliable electricity network based on renewable energy.
9) Energy: Number of towns and cities that have adopted management plans, and the quality of those plans.
10) Adaptation and DRR: Number of pilot initiatives offering innovative insurance projects for risk management relating to natural disasters, with the involvement of the private sector.
