Probleem: Huisartsen kunnen de specialisten niet rechtstreeks bereiken maar moeten via de receptie bellen. Recepties moeten dan doorschakelen naar de verschillende specialiteiten en daar wordt het gesprek weer opgenomen door een receptie die op hun beurt doorschakelt naar de specialist (als die al vrij is).Oplossing: WebRTC op de ziekenhuis website per specialisme. Huisartsen kunnen inloggen en kunnen onmiddellijk zien of de specialist vrij is en kunnen daarna een audio of video gesprek met application sharing opzetten. Voordelen: • De huisarts kan onmiddellijk zien of de specialist vrij is of niet• Geen doorschakelingen nodig• Er moet niets geïnstalleerd worden bij de huisarts• Application sharing zodat ze foto’s edm. kunnen delen• Login nodig: patiënten kunnen de specialisten niet bereiken, alleen toegang
