•To determine whether the applicant has a vision for both themselves and society, considering their reasons for interest in the program and their motivation for applying. This member should assess their personality, adaptability, open-mindedness and maturity from an AIESEC perspective. •To assess the candidate’s understanding of AIESEC, its exchanges and their knowledge of the association (history, values, results, focus areas etc.) •To assess the candidate’s understanding that AIESEC’s exchanges are for cultural experiences; willingness to learn and improve on oneself personally and professionally; and to gain knowledge on local and world issues.
