IntroductionIntroduction
Brain Fingerprinting is a scientific technique to determine what information is stored or not in a particular brain.
Brain Fingerprinting technology was invented by Dr. Lawrence Farwell.
Brain Fingerprinting technique is based on an electric signal which is known as P300-MERMER.

What is P300-MERMER?What is P300-MERMER?
A MERMER is an electrical signal which is the part of brain wave observed in response to familiar information.
Dr. Farwell discovered the P300-MERMER (“Memory and Encoding Related Multifaceted Electroencephalographic Response.
When the brain recognizes something, then there is increase in neurons activity, so elicit some changes in brain wave signals.

How it Works?How it Works?
Brain Fingerprinting method uses a signal which is known as MERMER i.e. Memory and Encoding Related Multifaceted Electroencephalographic.
A sequence of words, phrases, or pictures is presented on a video monitor to the subject, wearing a special headband designed for detecting the brain wave responses.
The entire Brain Fingerprinting process is under computer control.

Where it’s used?Where it’s used?
Brain wave are used to detect the crime.
A suspect is tested by three kinds of information represented by different colored lines:
RED:- Information the suspect is expected to know.
GREEN:- Information not to suspect.
BLUE:- Information of the crime that only perpetrator would know.

Where it’s used?Where it’s used?
In this figure the red and blue lines are closely correlated, suspect has knowledge of crime
Information regarding the crime is not
known.

Brain fingerprinting doesn’t detect lies.
No questions are asked or answered during the brain fingerprinting test .
Brain fingerprinting detects only what information is stored in the subject mind. It doesn’t detects how that information got there.

CURRENT SCENARIOCURRENT SCENARIO
Brain Fingerprinting has two primary applications
1) Detecting the record of a specific crime, terrorist act, or
incident stored in the brain
2) Detecting a specific type of knowledge, expertise or training,
such as knowledge specific to FBI agents, Terrorists or Bomb
makers.

Comparisons with other technologies
Comparisons with other technologies
Fingerprints and DNA are available in only 1% of crimes. The brain and the evidence recorded in it are always there.
Brain fingerprinting is fundamentally different from the polygraph (lie-detector), which measures emotion based physiological signals such as heart rate, sweating and blood pressure.
Brain Fingerprinting technology depends only on brain information processing, it does not depend on the emotional response of the subject.

conclusionconclusion
This technology fulfills an urgent need for governments, law enforcement agencies, corporations, investigators, crime victims, innocent suspects.
Brain Fingerprinting is a revolutionary new scientific technology for solving crime, identify perpetrators with the record of 100% accuracy in research with US government agencies, actual criminal cases and other applications.
