the take home•1 don’t immediately dismiss a design with a client,

even if they start it off. ... At some point some one loved it.

•Sometimes, the madness was perfectly rational at the time so ask yourself, if the owner was rational, why would they make those choices?

•the Customer is always right.... for them.

•and well sometimes.... it’s just better to be quiet and not get into fights.
