The top Navigation has the most important and frequently used links immediately accessible from any page in the Administration site. As well as the ability to launch commonly used forms which will now initiate workflows, automating the processing of information being input to the form. Removing dozens of manual steps and eliminating the need to send email after email inquiring where something is in the process.

The home page has huge improvement to the “business to employee” communications, with prominently placed News and Org-‐wide communications as well as the event calendar.

The home page now offers immediate access to the forms library and the policy library. Help desk issues and Requisiion request and tracking is all available at a glance! This design will save hours per week, per user, and ime is money.

And the Left Navigation has the information that is most frequently used, organized more intuitively, as well as links to the external systems they use.

Within the Employee Services site users have quick access to frequently used forms, reports and trackers in the top nav. They can also see employee related news and events, access their educational assets, benefits materials, and employee policies and only one click to HR or IT forms and related Wikis.

Departments have their own pages too, easing the burden of interdepartmental communications, and keeping the information’s security in alignment with corporate policy allowing the user to see only what they have permission to see.
