Understanding VMmark BenchmarkVMmark Benchmark Real World IT Environment

Number of Tiles represents number of VMs - a tile is a collection of 6 VMs, and VMs are increased by adding more tiles

Number of VMs per server depends on the characteristics of the workload with new VMs added individually as needed

Benchmark Score is an aggregate of normalized individual VM scores

Individual VM performance is important to achieving a desired user service level

Top VMmark Score is achieved by running a large number of tiles (VMs) per server
