Allworx View is a business intelligence tool that offers comprehensive data and reporting for one or more Allworx phone systems. View™ enables managers and supervisors to monitor call activity for all users (including call center agents), display real-time activity, and create comprehensive historical reports, which gives you the power to control your telecom expenses. In short, View gives you the analytics required to manage complex telecom needs and supports fact-based decisions for the staffing requirements of today.
Allworx View collects information from all networked Allworx servers using the same unified intelligent data sharing that has made Allworx the most popular IP-PBX in the marketplace. This powerful application runs quietly in the background, collects and analyzes call data, and offers easy-to-understand dashboards and reports.
Allworx View ACD includes everything in Allworx View, and adds real-time Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) queue and agent information using custom dashboards, and a robust collection of widgets to any browser enabled device. The options are limited only by your imagination.
Allworx View Features and BenefitsAllworx View provides continual collection and logging of all call detail records — incoming, outgoing, and internal. In addition, Allworx View provides the global collection of call detail records when each interconnected Allworx server in a multi-site configuration is enabled within the application. This enables View to display data and provide consolidated reports on all calls across all servers, including the tracking of an individual user’s calls across multiple Allworx servers. Allworx View™ ACDAllworx View ACD adds real-time Automatic Call Distribution monitoring and analytics to the call reporting capabilities of Allworx View. With Allworx View ACD, you can display every queue and agent from a single server or a configuration of interconnected Allworx servers. Real-time, definable threshold alarms maximize the effectiveness of the queues and agents call handling productivity.
Allworx View ACD provides customizable dashboards to provide at-a-glance status for supervisors and agents, and displays them using any web browser. With configurable alarms, supervisors and agents recognize and react to high call volume situations, minimize abandoned calls, and eliminate customer frustration. Performance metrics and reports support organizational improvement initiatives.

Your business doesn’t stop at the border — now Allworx will actively help boost your international or multicultural presence. Allowing multiple languages makes the Allworx system an ideal solution for any business or organization.
Dual Language Support provides voice prompts in two of three offered languages: English, Castilian Spanish and French Canadian. Simply configure the system based on employees’ and customers’ preferred languages.
When calls arrive in the Allworx system (e.g., Auto Attendants, ACD Call Queues), prompts can be configured to play in the language to match the call’s origin, or override it with a specific language. For example, if you need one automated attendant to answer in English only and another to answer in English with the option to change to Spanish, it is easy.
If allowed, each caller can switch languages. Every time a call reaches the application, in addition to the prompts that are normally played, a prompt to change language may be played. Each caller is permitted to switch languages by pressing the pound key twice (##). To allow even more customization, you can select individual CO lines or individual Call Appearances to play prompts in the secondary language.

Interact ProfessionalAllworx Interact Professional, a per-user licensed application, enhances productivity by giving users total control of their handsets from their PC screen. A complete list of users from the Allworx Server directory, combined with Microsoft Outlook contacts, empowers each user with almost unlimited information and rapid one-click dialing.
The integrated search function gives you quick access and a competitive edge. You can build a combined favorites list for the people you call most often. Once found, a single click is all it takes to place a call.
If desired, any inbound call can automatically search other applications for additional information about the caller before you answer the call. The history of every call placed, received, or missed can also be searched for easy callback.
The ability to see who is on the phone along with their current presence status — combined with the ability to record any call — makes Interact Professional an invaluable tool.

Every Allworx user and Microsoft Outlook contact can be searched effortlessly. You can sort call history any way you desire: by date, name or number. From any search result, a call is placed with the simple click of your mouse, simplifying calling, reducing dialing errors and speeding up connections. Need to record important calls? It’s a single click of the call recording button at the top, and recorded calls can be stored anywhere.
Connecting with your co-workers has never been easier. You can see the phone and presence status of any Allworx user before you call them, even across other Allworx connected sites. Multiple windows can be positioned anywhere on your screen to enhance your productivity, such as the display for current calls, parked calls, or the dial pad. From a large contact display that offers five different densities of contact information to small, compact call handling windows, you can re-size and move windows as needed, customizing Interact Professional to meet your specific needs.

Need more information about your caller? With the External Program Link you can do a URL search or run an application command script to access your selected application or database.
