Tom and I have known each other since 2001 from college at Cal of University of PA as meteorology majors. His strong background includes storm intercept in the mid-west, along with individual interest in the flood and blizzards of 1996, weather shadowing for WJAC TV Feb 2nd, 1998, Salisbury Tornadoes (May 31st and June 2nd, 1998), Tropical storm Dennis (September 1999), Gustnado (July 31st, 2000), Forecaster from 2001-2002, Midwest storm chase May 2002, Blizzard of 2003 (February 2003), Hurricane Isabelle (September 2003), Hurricane Katrina (August 2005)- category 2 hurricane, Tropical storm Rita (September 2005) and most recently tropical storm Ernesto in 2006. He has written many newspaper articles on topics such as weather disasters. Based on Tom's education and background with GPS, radar and storm chasing, I believe that he will make an excellent addition to a company with these needs.
