» follow-up project of German contribution to Land Titling Project (WB, AusAID) -LPDP 2005-08

» LMRP 2009 – 2011, future: LM-RED 2012....Objective:

Improve of land tenure security for the Lao population in rural areas through a decentralised land registration system

Target Areas: Luang Namtha, Sayaboury

Approach:» Community information on land rights» Participatory land use planning and zoning at

village and village cluster level / GIS mapping» District based systematic land surveying,

adjudication and registration - all types of land (individual, communal, state)

» Digital land register LaoLandReg for cadastre, land information system, mapping, land titling....
