Magic Mirror 2.0. Connected wirelessly to the internet and utilizing a user-friendly interface, this intuitive product allows you to get the information you need while performing its duty as a completely functional mirror. Watch TV while blow-drying your hair. Read the news while brushing your teeth. Check Facebook while washing your face.

Goji Smart Lock. Takes pictures of visitors at your door and automatically sends real time picture a lets to your mobile phone. All lock activity is recorded and logged by the system, and can be easily reviewed using the Goji mobile app.

Hue. Is a new series of LED-based lighting solutions that screw right in to your normal light sockets. Plug a little box into your router, and you can control the color and intensity of one light bulb or all of them right from your iphone.

Nest Smoke + CO Alarm. You have both smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors. But which one is beeping and why? Nest solves these problems by combining the two detectors in one. Nest tells you in actual, clear words what the problem is. You get an early warning just in case it's just your toast burning. To shut it up, just wave your arm under the detector. The device alerts you with a text if there's a problem or the batteries are low and you're not home. It also works in conjunction with Nest's equally smart thermostat.

Nest Learning Thermostat. Wasting money on unused air-conditioning or heating no longer needs to be a concern. This handy little device learns your schedule in about a week and programs itself to control your home's internal temperature. Or, you can manually adjust things from your smartphone.

MiPow PlayBulb. 30-watt equivalent LED light bulb doubles as a Bluetooth 4.0 speaker. Through the compatible app you can set lighting and music play wake-up times, energy-saving modes, night mode and times for turn on and turn off. You can even shake your iOS smartphone or tablet to turn the PlayBulb on or off, or use the app's on-screen dial for dimming the brightness.

Sony Eclipse. Media player that uses photovoltaic cells situated on its backside to draw in solar power. With this player you have a slight change of seeing the battery low warning very very rare.

Alima Smart Indoor Air Quality Monitor. Environmental monitor that detects formaldehyde, benzene, ethylene glycol, acetone, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, temperature and relative humidity. Alima learns your environmental habits and helps locate sources of pollutants to suggest ways for you avoid the introduction of harmful particulates via an iOS or Android app.

Beddit. Ultra-thin film sensor that you place in your bed, under the bed sheet. All you have to do is to sleep on it. Beddit connects wirelessly to your smartphone for a sleep analysis.

Canary. This cylinder lets you see and hear what's happening in your home or office. It combines motion, temperature, humidity and air quality sensors with a night vision HD camera, microphone and speakers. Canary also analyses its sensor data to let you know if something is wrong, or even just seems…off, once it learns you and your family's habits.

Kohler Moxie Showerhead. Moxie lets you stream your favorite music, news or talk radio right in the shower with you. iQ alarm clock. Instead of the snooze button which you unwillingly press in the morning, this alarm clock has questions that need your lucidity to solve them. This way, you will surely get up fast in the morning.!

Without using regular dish detergents, the Eco Cleaner makes the plates bright and fresh using ultrasonic waves to ionize food particles on the dishes, converting the food into reusable compost for plants. Less waste and more nutrients for plants are a good idea for the future and a solution for enriching the soil. Of course, we’re talking about the soil for the plants that you keep in your apartment.!
