I feel that I have catered to the audience’s needs to an extent with this design, as it offers various features associated with Afterlife energy drink. It has a very clear

navigation bar at the top of the page which will transition into a drop-down box where they can choose various options If they are looking for a specific category under that tab.

I have also featured various advertisements that take the audience to a new page if they are interested. For example, the Alpha Brain and Hulu advertisements will take you to a signup page for that product.

The homepage also features a video which changes every day, so the audience can come back and keep up-to-date with the product and how they can get involved with projects.

I have featured a main news section where people will immediately look for new things that have been announced. The section will always feature an image showing what will be included in the article, or for example if it features a picture of new merchandise, it will take them to the page where they can buy that product or related products.

I have also featured a section where they can click a link and they can visit Afterlife pages on social networking sites. For example, on the Reddit link, it will take them straight to the Afterlife sub-reddit where they can look through the topics associated with the product.

What the audience wants and needs – “N-CRYPT-R”

I feel that I have catered to the audience’s needs to an extent with this design, as it offers various features associated with N-CRYPT-R energy drink.

I have included a clear navigation bar at the top of the page, which indicate where the audience will want to go when browsing the page. When the mouse is hovered over a tab, a drop-down box will appear offering different categories that cater to every person’s desire when looking for a specific thing.

I have also included some advertisements to make the page and product look more professional. The ads cater to the audience’s needs if they are interested in gaming and comedy (Rooster Teeth), cars for sports/extreme sports (Audi) and for people who are looking to find a product that will increase brain focus and mental drive (Alpha Brain).

Additionally, I have included a video on the homepage that offers behind-the-scenes info on the product. The video would change every day, offering new things to the audience to keep them interested in the product and so that they keep coming back to the website for updates.

There is also a section where people can click on the links to N-CRYPT-R social network pages, where they can keep coming back for updates. For example, the link to the sub-reddit will open up a new tab and will display a page dedicated to the product, where there will be topics open up for discussions or AMA’s where people can talk to the staff for any queries.

I have also included a main article section on the homepage where people can navigate to the most recent news. The section will update every day to keep people interested in new things to look at.

What the audience wants and needs –“Eiskalt”

I feel that I have catered to the audience’s needs to an extent with this design, as it offers various features associated with Eiskalt energy drink.

I have included a section which feature the new and main articles for that day that the audience visit the page. The articles would change every day, which keeps the content fresh for the audience so they keep coming back to the site. The link to each section will either bring you to an article with info related to, or it will take you to the store on the page of the product that you clicked on. In this instance, it will take you to the Eiskalt shirt order page.

I have also included a navigation bar, so it is clear for the audience where they can go if they are looking for a specific thing. I wanted to try a different style of navigation bar than the other two designs, as I felt I could fit more detail into the rest of the page. The tabs are clear to the audience and one click on each category will take them to a new page with all the info they need related to that category.

I have also included a video that people can watch, that Is related to the product whether it be behind-the-scenes or new info. There is also a section that people can click on that will take them to a page where they can order/buy tickets to the Eiskalt festival that is announced on the main section of the homepage.

I have also included an advertisement that is related to the product as it involves sports/ racing fanatics, which is who the product is aimed at. I feel that I could have included a few more advertisements, but I was running low on space.

There is also a section where people can click on the links to Eiskalt social network pages, where they can keep coming back for updates. For example, the link to the YouTube channel will open up a new tab and will display a page dedicated to the product, where there will be videos related to the product including behind-the-scenes footage, as well as new announcements.
