partment of Defense ID cards holders only.
The opening of the Nash gate is expected to ease traffic along NYS

THOUGHTS TO CONSIDER !!!
PAGE 2 FRSA FLASH
Never give up! Many people give up moments before they achieve break-
through. A person needs perseverance to keep pressing forward in the face of
difficulty. It takes stamina, strength and uncompromising fortitude to continue
moving forward in the face of unrelenting difficulties.
Harriett Beecher Stowe was a woman who determined to persevere through
every difficult place. She and her husband were strong supporters of the Under-
ground Railroad. Harriett was an outspoken woman about the problems of slav-
ery. Her book, "Uncle Tom's Cabin," gave an emotional portrayal of the impact
of slavery.
Stowe learned to persevere through the difficulties of voicing her passion for
freedom. She is quoted as saying: "Never give up, for that is just the place and
time that the tide will turn."
Others may quit. Others may turn back. Don't be included with others. You will
reach a moment when you will achieve your breakthrough. Persevere toward
your goal. Watch the tide turn and allow your difficult place to become the place
of breakthrough!
