Established in 2004 and Launched May 2012
To deliver affordable quality university education to time, money and
geographically constrained persons and organizations
To add value to the university in the teaching and examination of

To aid the university in the development of standardized quality
modules for teaching
To aid departments enhance teaching by embracing the use of ICT in
teaching by adopting blended learning
