• Download a free html application like SeaMonkey by Firefox

• Create a main page

• Create any secondary pages

• Save the pages to your computer as .html files

• Drag and Drop the pages onto a web host, like Berkeley’s Tarantula through Secure Fx (apply for an account at http://calweb.berkeley.edu/accounts.html)

• Make sure that the pages link to one another by creating hyperlinks with the addresses of each page.
