Any Store can belong to any number of Store Groups because you may have different projects with different visit requirements. Just give your Store Groups meaningful names so you will be
able to recognize each logical grouping of stores for assigning projects to merchandisers
Always check this dialogue. Any issues with the import will be shown here
Manually adding or removing Stores from Store Groups
Import the names of existing Stores that you want to assign to different Store Groups
Again, always check this dialogue. Any issues with the import will be shown here
Before assigning Store Groups to users, the Stores in the Store Groups may need to have their “Next Audit” date (depending upon how you schedule store visits) & “Status” set
The sample import data has the “Next Audit” dates pre-populated for importing. The “Status” is automatically set to “Not Started” when it is created or if the existing status is set to “Complete”
Your imported “Store Notes” (instructions)
Please refer to the User Guide for detailed direction on Notes and Audit Status settings
