Better Place’s Knowledge Management - Organizing Guidelines

• Knowledge (and KM) are key enablers (rather an end by itself)

• Implications: KM should be lean and mean, always aligned and prioritized

with business processes and peoples’ need

• Knowledge is people (and people-tasks) centric.

• Implications: design systems and processes that are liked by people (rather

than trying to educate/force users)

• Enterprise 2.0 as key component

• Knowledge Embedding is the preferred metaphor, and should be

used as much as possible
