THE WORLD’S FIRST... ABOUT US
In June 2009, TTXGP held the world’s first fully sanctioned zero carbon emission
road race. This took place at one of the world’s most notorious road races, the Isle
of Man TT. TTXGP set a world class challenge to the sustainable green industry,
which they met, proving clean technology was not only viable, but cool, fun and
quick too.
In November 2009, TTXGP sister business, Mavizen, launched the world’s first
production eSuperbike to the global media at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas and
received huge positive coverage worldwide from Australia to Korea. Mavizen
delivered to its first customer in April 2010. Many manufacturers have talked
about doing this, but we are still the only company delivering tomorrow’s
technology today. Action, not talk, drives change.
TTXGP is currently hosting the world’s first fully fledged eGrandPrix with three
regional championships and a World TTXGP FINAL where we will crown the best
and fasted zero carbon emission motorcycle team in the world.
With the world watching, the next generation of motorsports starts here. Different
technologies, systems and methods battle for supremacy in a market place of
innovators with future ideals. Step into the future.

PHILOSOPHY
TTXGP is as much about nurturing
clean technology and cultural
influences as well as racing. Our
ambition is to create a clean
technology transport network
that grows from the sport. Not
only does the series encourage
innovation and push advances in
technology, but it also publicises
future brands and creates demand
for zero carbon products by giving
them credibility and exposure.
Actions speak louder than words.
TTXGP laid down the gauntlet to the
world’s transport industry by creating a
set of rules designed to promote
innovation whilst maintaining safety.
We have proved zero carbon emission
transport technology is coming of age
and a worthwhile investment to create
a world where we all live within
sustainable resources.
Having already organised a major
zero carbon emission race, TTXGP
have the advantage of experience
and feedback as a result of having
organised a sustainable, cost
effective international
championship, providing teams
with maximum impact and
publicity for minimum outlay in
terms of travel, time and cost.
them credibility and exposure.

2011 SEASONTremendous growth:
• 2009 : 1 race
• 2010: 13 races
• 30 teams worldwide competing to be the best with
representation from USA, Italy, UK, China, India, Sweden,
Germany, Belgium and Austria.
In 2011, TTXGP expects a similar rate of growth, with more
races in each regional championship and more championships
across the globe, making it easier for you to be part of it.
Furthermore, in order to facilitate the growth of electric
motorcycle racing, make it as easy as possible to enter and
encourage competitive racing, 2011 will see two classes. There

encourage competitive racing, 2011 will see two classes. There
will be a class open for any machine complying with the rules
to compete in and a controlled class. The controlled class will
specify the powertrain, but allow teams to alter all other
components.
TTXGP TECHNICAL PANEL:
Our relationship with the IET (Institute of Engineering and
Technology) and our independent scrutineering technical panel
continues – the same experienced world leading panel will be
testing safety of all entrants to the races. "TTXGP has set the
standards for global electric vehicle racing. All those who come
after us will base their findings on our recommendations.”
Simon Madison, Chair of the technical panel.
RETURNS FOR TEAMS AND SUPPORTERSPRINT MEDIATTXGP was a major source of the media coverage in both the bike press and more importantly mainstream press both
broadsheet and tabloid with coverage in over 50 countries world wide including: Financial Times (UK) Times of India, LA
TIMES, New York Times, Daily Telegraph, Forbes and Bloomberg, to name a few.
INTERNETTTXGP generates a huge volume of internet chatter and coverage from bloggers, social networks and journalists alike. For the
inaugural race in 2009, TTXGP.com generated nearly 1 million unique users in 1 single day. egrandPrix.com continues this
success story.
TV2009 with the TT coverage went to 209,627,000 households worldwide.
2010 sees 10, hour long programs aired in key markets including Speed2 (from the Fox Network) and ESPN.

wiki.egrandprix.comCrowd sourced the rule book for 2011 to encourage more discussion around best practise. This has lead to expertise from over30 countries, over 120 ideas and suggestions and multilingual input.
trust.egrandprix.org (TEO)- Race to own- Stable revenue stream- Investing back into the industry- 30% of the business will be in a trust, which is distributed between the teams who enter the race, sharing the profits with those who actually pursue new technologies.
MARKETING AND SPONSORSHIPAs a new, topical and high profile racing series the opportunities for a sponsor carry great potential.
Incentives include:
• advertising at events, on the website, clothing, bikes and print media
• the possibility of using bikes for events, advertising and attending races.
Additionally, not only can the advertising be a unidirectional agreement, but the sponsorship of a racing series implementing
the use of green energy is obviously a well respected venture.
TTXGP employ a policy whereby both financial and non-financial support are regarded as equally important and commercial
advantages will be shared based upon an equivalency contribution system.
Tony Way, Managing Director of The Green Insurance Company said: “The UK TTXGP Championship will open a unique chapter
in the development and history of zero carbon technology amongst the biker community and The Green Insurance company are
delighted to be associated.”
“We’re delighted to be supporting the TTXGP eGrandPrix” comments Thomas Gruebel, CEO GOVECS GmBH. “It features all the
high-octane, adrenaline fuelled race-action that that you’d expect from motorsport but with a unique eco-conscience...”

THE COMPETITION
The TTXGP rules are designed to promote the philosophy of the series, providing a safe and competitive platform for
innovation and advances in technology.
In 2011, there will be two sets of electrical rules, one applied to each class, but mechanical rules will be the same
throughout and have been derived from petrol racing to ensure maximum safety for competitors.
There are extensive rules regarding most aspects of designing a motorcycle, but as previously mentioned, the rules are
wiki-based and TTXGP encourages teams to provide their input and suggestions. The series is designed for teams and
competitors, so your opinion is extremely valuable to us. After establishing the wiki system, input has come from all
around the world and from people with varying backgrounds and involvement. The creation of two classes in the series is
a result of wiki discussions, highlighting the influence teams and followers can have on the next generation of
motorsport. Seize the opportunity and be part of it.

motorsport. Seize the opportunity and be part of it.
Finally, with such a wealth of experience available on our technical panel, provided by the IET, any discrepancies can be
quickly resolved and clarification of rules can be quickly arranged to facilitate the ease and speedy design of machines. All
members of the technical panel are contractually bound by non-disclosure agreements, should any issues arise regarding
designs or information considered of a sensitive or commercially advantageous by a team.
ENTRYThe TTXGP entry process is designed to be as simple as possible,
whilst maintaining safety standards. The first stage of registration is
through the egrandprix.com website, which will only ask for very basic
information. Registered teams will then receive the latest information
and news. When the team is ready to move through the registration
process, more information regarding the team is required so that a
full team profile can be created on the website and they can be
included in any appropriate media releases.
Prior to racing, Technical Communication Files must be completed and
uploaded to an online database that will then be submitted to the
technical panel for assessment. Should any issues arise, the technical
panel will work with the team to resolve the problem and suggest a
countermeasure. Only matters of safety will be assessed and

countermeasure. Only matters of safety will be assessed and
evaluated. It is important to remember that this is not a test, merely a
method of ensuring safety and it is in the best interests to help teams
successfully complete this process, so any difficulties experienced at
any stage of the entry process will be supported by either the TTXGP
registration team or the technical panel (all under an NDA).
The Technical Communication Files are broken down into sections:
- Team Details
- General Information
- Risk Assessment
- Technology Description
- Safety

TESTIMONIALS• Eng. Livia Cevolini, CRP Racing - "Joining the project of TTXGP means for us stretching the
boundary of innovation in a race for the future! I find this project an extraordinary idea...In
particular, they have the ability to engage with all young people who understand the latest
electronic technologies and started surfing the net before going to primary school. I support
and share the idea of TTXGP Founder, Azhar Hussain, who deserves to be given the credit for
creating a new era of motorsport. Moreover, I think that these bikes are also a skilful
demonstration of how motorsport can adjust to the environment without giving up its identity."
• Agni Managing Director, Arvind Rabadia - "2010 will see us launch the next generation of Agni
technology. 2009 was an outstanding success for Agni and we are proud to continue our
association with TTXGP which, increasingly, opens up more opportunities to power success, not
only for ourselves but also for our customers. As TTXGP expands, so does Team Agni –pioneers
do it together to break down frontiers.”
• Ian Goodman LiFeBATT are a team complete with factory support from the Taiwanese battery
manufacturer they are named after. “The bike has a few unique features that we feel give us
the edge and we are confident of delivering an exciting race on the track... We are really excited
about entering this race series and are looking forward to the season.“
• Edward West, Founder and President of Mission Motors - "We couldn't be more thrilled to
participate in the second year of this groundbreaking race series. Last year, the stage was set
for the beginning of a fantastic race series, and we are happy to see the TTXGP continue to
grow, attract teams, and add events to its series.“

SAMPLE PRESS COVERAGE
The New York Times – Daniel McDermon, 20 May 2010
“The first electric motorcycle race in the American TTXGP series was held at Infineon Raceway in Sonoma, Calif., on
Sunday. Shawn Higbee, a competitor in the AMA Superbike series, won the 11-lap event aboard a bike built in a
collaboration between Zero Motorcycles and Agni Motors, the electric motor manufacturer responsible for the
winning machine in last year’s electric race on the Isle of Man.

winning machine in last year’s electric race on the Isle of Man.
Although technical difficulties kept a few teams from completing the 11-lap race, the competition at the head of the
pack was intense, as Higbee and Michael Barnes, riding for Lightning Motors, traded the lead for several laps. Full
accounts of the race are available on the Web from Chuck Squatriglia at wired.com, from Jensen Beeler at Asphalt
and Rubber and from Domenick Yoney at autobloggreen.
Higbee’s best lap time, 1:56.948, put him about 18 seconds slower than Danny Eslick’s time in the weekend’s AMA
Superbike race.”
The Sunday Times (In Gear) – Richard Fleury, 31 May 2009
“They laughed at Thomas Edison. And in the world of motorcycle racing, where loud, fast and smelly are good, some see
electric bikes at the Isle of Man TT as a joke too.
When the flag drops on Friday, June 12, though, the TTXGP will be the first zero-emissions grand prix in history. Notoriously
tough on both man and machine, “the Island” is the perfect place to test the promise of electric motorcycles. And with 17
international teams lining up to do just that, with the official backing of the world governing body for motorcycle sport, the
event will be a genuine trial of performance and stamina.
SAMPLE PRESS COVERAGE
The TTX01 was a showcase for technology that would feature in the mainstream electric vehicles of the future. “One of the
good things about motorcycles is that the technology is good enough today to give you motorsport performance with no
emissions.”
Bikers have welcomed the development. Jeff Stone, of the British Motorcyclist Federation said: “Like electric cars, it’ll take
some time to get used to, but this is a pioneering venture. It’s well known that racing improves the breed.”
event will be a genuine trial of performance and stamina.
For the winners, the prize will be motorcyclists’ hearts, minds – and wallets. The manufacturers of these bikes are optimistic
that customers will soon be lining up in bike showrooms for electric machines.”
