The man, who inspired me with sports.

• To start with I would like to tell you about a small part of my life. My name is Sasha and I am 14.

• I lead a healthy lifestyle which includes eating healthy food and doing sports. I’m also very active, and when

there are not enough things to do for me,I become especially creative.

How did my sport career started?So everything began last year when my teacher of physical education told me that I should try to take part in a jogging competition. As usual I didn’t have any desire to do it, but after conversation with my family I decided to try. I realized that I had all opportunities to do it. My teacher helped me to prepare for competition with regular exercises and different sorts of advice.

My results. During city competitions of jogging

our school won the third prize. Almost all our open-air sessions were done at the Komsomolskoe lake. The view here is fantastic, and when you spend time here, you can experience peace and freedom of our rich, native nature!

Sport - is life!With my teacher’s help I understood that I could spend time playing my favorite games. One of them is basketball. Playing this very energetic game, you should pay a lot of attention and also use all you experience and knowledge because, when you are on the court you must be the best! This is what my teacher says before every game.

Only the happiest man can be a teacher. I would like to introduce you my

teacher. His name is Smagin Vyacheslav Viktorovich. He graduated from Omsk state university of physical education and he is really well -qualified qualified specialistspecialist.What I can tell about him is that .What I can tell about him is that he is a very kind and a man loving his he is a very kind and a man loving his family, because he always telsl his pupils family, because he always telsl his pupils about his funny family.about his funny family. Moreover, all students of my school love him! Even when we have free time during our brakes we come to the gym an play basketball!

Our lessons are very interesting and useful. As usual they start with Warm-up and jogging and finisheswith playing such games as:basketball, football,volleyball and others.
