Sport in my life

1. My name is Salnikova Ekaterina. I was born on July 6, 1998. I live in the city of Vladimir.

2. I am fond of sport very much and I try to keep fit.

3. I used to play basketball but now I do hammer-throwing.

1. My best friend Sasha brought me to the Sports Center, thank him for that.

2. I have been doing in this Center for four years.

3. During this period I have won 4 medals and got 5 certificates.

4. I won these medals for my mother and grandmother.

1. When I came to the Centre for the first time I did not know how to train, but my trainers helped me.

2. My first coach was Elena Victorovna, then I was trained by Alexander Borisovich, and later – by Sergey Victorovich.

2. My coach helps me a lot. He knows everything, shows how to do.

3. He was a judge at the Universiade in Kazan 2013.

Doing sport I've reached new goals and now I am good at it, though at the beginning It was difficult.

I can throw the hammer up to 37m62cm long. For me, it's good.

I hope that our athletes will win gold medals at the Olympics in Sochi in 2014.
