BCD TECHNOLOGY

SWS Smart Weight System: new and innovative weight pocket system that facilitates the insertion of integrated weights thanks to the particular structure that guides the blockage. To release the weights, just pull the practical handle on the outside. Increased load of up to 6 kg per pocket.

Q&S (Quick and Safe) Weight System: maximum practicality, maximum functionality, maximum safety. These were the main features sought after by SEAC R&D in creating, designing and developing the Q&S weight system. The true innovations are the facility of inserting and extracting of the mechanism, and the maintenance of the maximum safety level thanks

to a buckle anchored on the outside jacket pocket.

Sternum adjustment: Adjustable sternum closure can be positioned at two different heights and adjusted with the practical buckles. This allows

a better fit for various body shapes and the position of the drysuit valve.

SCS Inflator: corrugated power inflator with sphere control system that allows optimal management of increased loading and dumping flows.

High-level performance levels and simple maintenance.

Trim pocket: practical rear weight pockets useful for maintaining buoyancy. Load of up to 2 kg per pocket.

High Lift: the high buoyancy force satisfies even the most demanding diver’s need, allowing them to wear heavy cylinders and various accessories with

no problems.

Soft back pack: thermoformed soft back pack which allows greater comfort while diving.

3D breathing bag: the particular inflation not only allows a greater buoyancy force in relation to the size, but the fact that it is completely free

of the back plate also reduced the “sail effect”.

Lightweight: this characteristics makes the jacket very comfortable to wear while diving and absolutely practical and comfortable to transport before

and after.

Frame to back system: System for anchoring the shoulder straps connected directly to the back plate, thanks to which the volumetric expansion of the bag has no effect on the straps. This allows greater

comfort and maximum adaptation to the various body shapes.

The Seac technical buoyancy compensator par excellence has already been awarded the Reddot Award Product Design in 2007 as “The best of the best”, and now has new design and new some functional aspects. The new back plate in black aluminium, a cover that’s even more comfortable, shorter hoses to better meet the needs of buoyancy compensator technicians, and two additional aluminium rings are the major improvements made to the new version. Instead, absolute independence of the harness over the bag remains the same, as do the high buoyancy capacity, its extremely light weight, and ease of adjustment.

Technology Made in Italy but with new design.

SEAC’s new 3D jacket features an innovative breathing bag with a Parties shape that not only enables it to have greater buoyancy force in ratio to its size, but is also completely free of the back plate, thereby noticeably reducing the “sail effect”. Other features include the Frame-to-Back system with “Soft Comfort” reverse-stitched shoulder straps, light weight due to the jacket structure and the careful selection of the materials used, as well as the super-comfortable anatomic backplate cover made in draining “Airnet” material HV points of contact.

It features the new Frame to Back Evolution system and, while maintaining its qualities of comfort and capacity to adapt to various body shapes unchanged, only now its even more intuitive, practical, and simple. The direct anchoring of the shoulder straps to the back plate is ensured in both the lower and upper part (on the latter, through a horse-shoe system with 3 adjustments. Moreover, note the following features: the presence of a hidden back-up pocket on one side and the hidden seating on the other, the use of the ultra-technical fabrics that are lighter and more resistant, and finally the practical and functional Q&S weight system.

Femme is a stabilizing jacket studied to meet the needs of ladies. It features: cut created with particular attention paid to the hip zone to fit the body better, bellows along the lower part to optimize the diving comfort (pre/post-dive), Frame-to-Back Evolution system with double adjustments to ensure maximum independence of the belts from the expansion of the bag, innovative Q&S weight system to guarantee safety and practicality, and Soft Comfort shoulder straps with soft-padded draining collar.

Guru was studied, designed, and engineered for a mainly recreational user who is beginning to need a bit more. More specifically, the SWS weight pocket system can hold up to 6 kg, while the roomy pockets with YKK zippers feature a knife slip and the backplate cover with anatomical inserts ensure the utmost comfort.

After its fortieth anniversary, Seac decided to invest on regulator development project that began with the institution of a new cutting-edge department equipped with modern apparaties to facilitate during all phases of assembly, calibration, and inspection. This jewel in the Seac crown will consist of two ANSTI machines, the newest of which has been updated according to the latest EC EN250 standards, and can be used for dynamic testing both on dry land and in water. Seac regulators: reliability and performance,

simplicity and sturdiness, and much more.

REGULATOR TECHNOLOGY

Balanced piston: first stage with balanced piston. Reliability, safety, sturdiness, and simplicity are its main characteristics.

Orientation of the hoses: the structure of the first stage is designed to allow optimal and more functional hose outlet Allows greater comfort when

Top Performer second stage: new structure of the second stage case and in the form of the deflector, with larger outflow holes to optimise air

flow and maximize performance.

Exhaling Membrane: the oval form of the second stage membrane was specially studied and constructed to allow a greater surface to facilitate

the exhaling phase, guaranteeing a totally natural breathing process.

Dive/Pre-Dive: second stage lever with a Dive/Pre-Dive double phase to allow optimal management of the Venturi effect.

OWS rubber cover (optimized water strainer): frontal with optimized water strainer subjected to the strictest fluid dynamics analyses to prevent free flow without reducing the necessary exchange of water, thereby

guaranteeing top-notch performance.

Membrane block safety system: a safety system that guarantees perfect functioning and stability during all phases, even when there is no cap.

Asymmetric lever: second-stage lever with an asymmetric design allows maximum opening of the valve and improved deep-water performance.

KNIfE TECHNOLOGY

Martensitic steel: high-performance martensitic stainless steel for high-quality blades. Grants the knife excellent resistance to corrosion and wear, long-lasting sharpening.

Tempering and hardness: the heat treatment of top-quality steel improves the mechanical characteristics and rust resistance. Also gives the knife excellent hardness of over 56° on the Rockwell scale.

Hilt can be dismantled: the special removable hilt makes it easier to clean the knife and maintain its characteristics over time.

Rip Lock Sheath: shockproof sheath with Rip Lock safety device. A simple click ensure easy and safe locking.

Kit for attaching to HP/LP hoses: the Rip Lock sheath was conceived to attach the knife to the HP/LP hoses for easier access while diving.

FINS TECHNOLOGY

Adjustable open heel: this characteristic allows the fin to adapt more easily to different size feet. The two-button safety buckle prevents

accidental opening in water.

Full foot: type of fin suitable for diving in temperate waters and for snorkeling.

Water channels: the channel patterns in thermoplastic elastomer were sized according to the results of fluid dynamics analyses to obtain the effect of collecting, containing, and channeling water without lateral

dispersion, guaranteeing optimal thrust without excessive force.

No-slip rear: the no-slip anatomic heelpiece positioned under the shoe allows good stability and maximum grip on any surface.

Stabilizers: the stabilizers on the blade stabilize the stroke, reducing slicing and power loss to a minimum.

High-profile strap: this particular strap was made to allow the greatest adherence possible with the heel and to prevent energy dispersion while

kicking.

High-performance technopolymer material: the blade in a special formulation of polyolefinic technopolymers is aimed to offer better propulsion with the correct bending module, studied to offer the perfect
