Biography

He is an Indian cricketer widely acknowledged as one of the greatest

batsmen in the world.

Born with natural talent of Cricket, he is now the star of the world

Cricket, more like "the God of Cricket"

Born in Mumbai into a middle-class family, Sachin Tendulkar was

named after his family’s favorite music director Sachin Dev Burman.

Sachin Tendulkar married Anjali, a daughter of Gujarati industrialist

Anand Mehta. They have two children, Sara and Arjun.

Tendulkar made his Test debut against Pakistan in Karachi in

November 1989 aged just 16 years and 223 days.
