BIKE RACKING PROCEDURE: 5:30 am - 7:30 am

Please make sure you bring the following to your bike check in:

Your race number

Your swim cap

Your bike helmet

Your race bucket

That your stickers are attached to the correct items

After the referee check-point please proceed to the correct bike racking position and rack your bike according to your race numbers. Please be considerate with regard to space in the transition area.

Each row of bike racks will accommodate a certain sequence of numbers which will be marked at the end of each row. As long as you rack in the correct row, you can rack anywhere along that row.

Page 6: Prime Jailbreak - a Tuffy Escape: Race Briefing 2013

BIKE RACKING PROCEDURE:

Each bike rack holds two bikes – one facing in each direction

Rack your bike in the right hand position:This will mean athletes racking on the other side of the rack will also be on their right hand side – keeping transition well spaced.Limited space:There is limited space between each bike rack, which is why you need to keep your race items in the bucket and your transition area clear.

Page 7: Prime Jailbreak - a Tuffy Escape: Race Briefing 2013

BIKE RACKING PROCEDURE:

Once your bike is racked – proceed to the bucket transition area to hand over your buckets and for body marking.
