• ClubsFirst Re-accreditation for the 3rd time• Launch of pioneering Volunteer Recruitment

programmes – saw 10 Young Umpires and 6 other New Volunteers at recent Tournament• £1.8 million refurbishment and extension of

Clubhouse taking place in Summer 2014 to enhance facilities for ALL• Increased external funding has led to £6000 of kit

being provided to membership for free

Plans for the Summer….• Free Evening Hockey for 8 weeks:– Back to Hockey for Ladies returning to the game

(or trying it for the first time!)– Rush Hockey – slightly more competitive, but still

relaxed version of the game– Sessions for Juniors – flexed dependent upon who

comes each week• Summer League teams entered for Men (x2)

and LadiesKeep an eye on the website for exact details!

Next Season

• Tuesday Night training for those aged 13/14+• Ladies 3rd XI have more regular fixtures (Fortnightly for girls aged

13+)• Lions defend their Saturday league title (Weekly for Boys aged 11-15)• U16 Boys Team entering into National Cup Competition – 4 or 5

Triangular match days• Usual U8, U10, U12 & U14 Regular Festivals – once a month• U14 Boys & U14 Girls Teams in National Development Leagues – 3 or

4 triangular match days• Badgers & Vixens Development Matches for Boys & Girls aged 10-13

– 4 or 5 matches per season• Specialist GK coaching
