• I’ve gained more focus, self-discipline, coordination and confidence thanks to Karate.

• Part of the reason why I started was because when I was younger, I really loved the movie “The Karate Kid”.

• I enjoy movies enough as it is and this one is no exception.

• If you haven’t seen it yet, I highly suggest it.

• It explains many aspects of where Karate is from and what it is about.

• This is reason I enjoy karate so much is because of the life lessons and skills that the art is based upon.
