Flat rate charges of €60 per child non-refundable, places are limited to 60 children per week and places will be allocated upon a first come basis upon receipt of payment.

Codes of Conduct

1. Places will be �lled on a �rst come �rst serve basis. Bookings will only be made on receipt of an application form and payment.

2. Places are non-transferable and non-refundable except in cases of certi�ed illness/injury.

3. All medical conditions/learning di�culties must be clearly stated on application form.

4. The hours of the camp are 9:30am – 3pm Monday to Friday. ITB Sport is not respon-sible for children outside of these hours.

5. All drivers must respect and obey ITB’s parking regulations.

6. ITB Sport codes of conduct must be adhered to at all times.

7. Mobile phones are not permitted on camp. All valuable must be left at home.

8. All activities are subject to change depending on weather conditions. ITB Sport reserve the right to cancel or merge activities accordingly.

9. Some video analysis may be used during the course of the week, if you do not want your child to participate in this please let us know in writing.

10. Lost property will be kept until Monday 27th of August.

Letter to Parent / GuardianDear Parent,

The ITB Sports and Athletic Development Camp endeavours to maximum each participant’s physical attributes through fun sports and physical activities. It is our goal that each child who completes the camp will leave with a better understanding of their athletic needs and development.

All our coaches are fully quali�ed in their speci�c areas of expertise and are current or former students of the BSc in Sports Management and Coaching course. There will be a minimum of two fully quali�ed First Aiders on-site at all times. All coaches have been Garda vetted and have undertaken training with regard to child welfare.Thank you for choosing the ITB Sports and Athletic Development Camp and we hope this can be the start of a long and successful relationship with ITB.
