I Avocados!!
I love them wrapped in my favorite turkey bacon and topped with fresh cut cilantro, green onion and fresh squeezed lemon juice. Yum Yum Yum

1oz. of avocado has 0.5g of saturated fat and no trans fat. It also has 3g of mono and 0.5g of polyunsaturated fat. Unsaturated fats are good!!!!!
Eating foods that are rich in unsaturated fats in the place of foods that are rich in saturated fat is good for our heart and our blood.
