How To Maintain Proper Form Hey guys! I’ve got another tip for ya today when you’re working out with the best home workouts . How to maintain proper form! I’ve written on WHY proper form is important , Now I’m going to share my tips on HOW to maintain it. Are you ready? TIP ONE: Listen to the Trainers Before each move Tony, Shaun T., Sagi, Brett, whoever you’re working out with, they will tell you the move. Not only that, they’ll tell you how to do each move properly. PAY ATTENTION! They’ve been doing this a long time, and they’re here to help you get in shape. They know what to do, so listen up! TIP TWO: Watch the Moves First Maybe you don’t quite understand how to do the move at first, that’s fine! That’s why these workouts are on DVD’s. Makes life easy on us all, huh? Watch the move to figure out what to do and how to do it, then either pause it, or go back in the DVD and workout with them. I’ve done that plenty of times. TIP THREE: Watch Yourself I don’t mean this in the narcissistic way. I mean, it’s important that you’re doing your form right. What I do, is I open up Photo Booth on my mac, and just watch myself perform each move. If there’s ever a time where I’m laying down, I film it with iMovie, then go back and watch myself, to make sure I’ve done it right. If not, I make a note on my workout sheet of what to do next time, and I go back and do it again. If you have Windows, I’m sure there’s something for you, but I don’t know it. Sad to say for you, but I’m a Mac guy, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. There’s my three tips on how to perform proper form. I hope it’s been enlightening for you and will help you on your journey. Hey guys! I’ve got another tip for ya today when you’re working out with the best home workouts. How to maintain proper form! I’ve written on WHY proper form is important, Now I’m going to share my tips on HOW to maintain it. Are you ready?

TIP ONE: Listen to the Trainers

Before each move Tony, Shaun T., Sagi, Brett, whoever you’re working out with, they will tell you the move. Not only that, they’ll tell you how to do each move properly. PAY ATTENTION! They’ve been doing this a long time, and they’re here to help you get in shape. They know what to do, so listen up!

TIP TWO: Watch the Moves First

Maybe you don’t quite understand how to do the move at first, that’s fine! That’s why these workouts are on DVD’s. Makes life easy on us all, huh? Watch the move to figure out what to do and how to do it, then either pause it, or go back in the DVD and workout with them. I’ve done that plenty of times.

TIP THREE: Watch Yourself

I don’t mean this in the narcissistic way.

Also I ask 2 favors:

1) If you guys like my posts and the hard work I put into writing my articles, please, please, PLEASE share them!

2) The way I benefit from being a Beachbody coach is that I earn commission from any Beachbody products you buy, as long as you buy them from my site (www.teamsummerbody.com), or by logging on to www.teambeachbody.com to do your shopping. (If you buy from the plain Beachbody site I get no credit.) All of this helps with the amount of time I spend answering all the questions I’m asked, helping you out, and keeping my website site all sorts of awesome.
