completion of the exercise stick and hold the last contact. Do three sets of 20 seconds.

· Five-Five-Five Squats - specifically made to put together all three aspects of a

vertical jump inside one simple exercise. You're going to hold kettle or dumbbells in your

hands to your sides. Next, need to start first with five regular squats, slow pace. Followed by

five fast paced repetitions. Followed by five jump squats as high as you can. You never stop

moving during these five-five-five squats. Give yourself about thirty seconds. Get right back

into it. Do about three to four sets twice a week.

So there you have it. Straight forward and to the point. I wish I could be there after you put

this information to work and get your first dunk. From dunker to dunker the experience will

be unbelievable. Trust me when I say I have saved you much time and frustration. Just

make sure you hit every set hard and get rest.
