For more than 60 years, Fowler Courts has been transforming earth, rock and

water into scenic golf holes and challenging practice greens. Our experienced

professionals will design and build a golfing oasis that compliments your

property, as well as the aspects of your game that needs a little fine-tuning.

Fowler has all the necessary resources to complete any project, regardless of

the site challenges presented by your property. With our multiple quarry and

aggregate locations, we are able to ensure product availability and superior

performance, including asphalt for cart paths, natural stone for tee decks, sand for

bunkers and synthetic maintenance-free surfaces for tees and greens.

Complementing Nature. This residential golf hole incorporates the stunning beauty of a Muskoka landscape with the prestige

of a professionally-designed golf course. Landscape features include re-purposed stone steps, perennial gardens, carts paths and

waterfall features.

Tee Placement. Tee decks are strategically placed

throughout the natural elevation of this property to

provide a variety of skill challenges. Sand bunkers,

water hazards and customized speed of greens will

challenge the most experienced golfers.

Practice Options. Multiple hole placements and tee deck locations provide

hours of trouble-free enjoyment. Maintenance-free synthetic grass material

with special non-angular infill sand prevents greens from hardening or

compacting over time. Tee deck material allows the club head to pass through

the fibers for a clean, natural-feeling swing.

Practice Cage. Installing

a practice cage is a great

way to warm up prior to

heading to the club. Single

or double practice cages

can be incorporated into

any of our court or golf

hole designs. Cages can be

constructed using wood or

medal frames.

Intermediate Level Challenge

This size green is well-suited for practice drills and flop shots.

Several tee decks can be placed 20 to 40 yards giving ample

space to land the ball.

Expert Level Challenge

A regulation-size green provides greater flexibility and can

accommodate a wide array of practice opportunities. Tee decks

can be placed at various distances for short shots, as well as

long drives.

Fowler is known for building long lasting, maintenance-free tennis courts that

stands up to the harsh Ontario weather conditions. Some of our earliest courts

are over 50 years old and still in service.

Fowler Courts can customize your home court in many different ways, including

Synthetic Grass. Synthetic grass

courts provide an ideal cushioned

surface that looks great and requires

minimal maintenance, just like an

acrylic court.

Designed with eco-friendly grass

fibers and special infill sand to ensure

proper traction, good foot rotation

and release. Ideal surface for medium

speed play.

Cushioned Acrylic Surfaces. Using only the high quality materials, the multi-layer cushioned tennis court

surface provides maximum player comfort with exceptional performance. Create the speed of play you desire

and a textured acrylic surface that is highly resistant to weather and ultraviolet degradation. Twelve vibrant color

combinations available.

Pickleball & Multi-Purpose Court. There is a new trend

in residential courts called Pickleball. This net and racquet

sport incorporates the court dimensions and layout of

a badminton court, with rules and play similar to that of

tennis.

Constructed using the same professional quality materials

and workmanship, the popularity of Pickleball can be

attributed to the ease of play and low physical strain, as

well as the ability to incorporate multiple sporting features

into the relatively compact space.

residential properties, but if you desire that “professional court”

experience, our design team will custom build your court to

meet ITF standards.

Tennis Court

Make the most of your sports court by incorporating multi-

Pickleball Court

Approximately half the size of a regulation tennis court, a

Pickleball court is an excellent option for those who enjoy

Using only the highest quality materials, Fowler Courts offers multiple surfacing

options, scalable designs, colour selections, landscape features and a wide range

of accessories to personalize and increase the versatility of your basketball court.

Innovative Solutions. Built into the water table, this basketball court required more than three feet of material and a biaxial

geogrid to stabilize the base. Without vehicle access, the conventional asphalt pad was replaced with a properly prepared

aggregate base and a monolithic cushioned overlay system.

Premium Equipment. Fowler

Courts provides high quality,

portable, stationary or fully

adjustable basketball units, with your

choice of acrylic or tempered glass

backboards.

The spring loaded hoop and net

is mounted on a padded durable

5” square, 3/16” thick vertical post,

with a dual-strut extension arm and

an EZ Crank system for improved

adjustability.

Versatility. Fowler Courts offers a wide range of accessories to improve the versatility of your

court. The integration of a basketball unit to any court design is possible and provide hours of

additional enjoyment. Basketball options include portable or stationary units with minimally-

evasive blended lines (image to right). Additional features include practice boards, rebounder

or even a shuffleboard court.

Finishing Touches. When constructing any court, your Fowler team

will carefully consider the surroundings and provide many finishing

and landscaping options, from formal gardens to minimal maintenance

hardscapes and softscapes.

Portable Options. The portable basketball

unit is designed to withstand the demands of

adult use, yet provides the flexibility for younger

children. This portable unit it easily moved and

adjusted by one person.

Regulation size courts are not always practical for most

residential properties, but if you desire that “professional court”

experience, our design team will custom build your court to

meet regulatory guidelines.

Either as a stand-alone court or incorporated into a tennis/

multi-purpose court design, this half court option can be built

with the dimensions of a regulation size key.

from coming back, but its Micro Sealant® technology

NGI Sports provides surfacing products and systems which not only

are designed for safety and diminished player stress from impact, but

surfaces which are also aesthetically pleasing, functional in problem

solving and environmentally friendly.

As a leader in today’s athletic marketplace, NGI ‘s manufacturing commitment is environmentally a step ahead, incorporating

renewable resource’s, re-cycled industrial products and low environmental impact construction processes. NGI offers

Filler Course: Acrylic Resurfacer blended with approved silica sand.

Heavy Rubber Course (optional): DecoTurf II, specially graded large rubber particles provide the system its distinct cushioned playing characteristics.

Fine Rubber Course (optional): DecoBase II, specially graded fine rubber particles creates a smooth cushioned finish in preparation for the texture and finish courses.
