When a player is deflagged the end of the run is marked by where the ball is at the time they are deflagged.
A play is dead and ruled a touchdown when the ball, not the player touches the goaline.
Blocking is similar to setting a pick in basketball. The blocker must keep their hands by their side or behind their back and must use their body to block. The player who gains position first owns that position.
PenaltiesM

This is a non contact league. Contact of any kind will not be tolerated.
Flag Guarding – While a offensive player is running with the ball they cannot make any motion whatsoever to prevent the defender from reaching their flags. This includes using the hand or the ball to “swat” the defenders hand away. Even if contact is avoided, the actual motion of blocking your flags can result in a penalty.
Diving for flags – Defenders are not allowed to dive for the flag belts of an offensive player. This is determined at the officials discretion.
Diving for yards – Offensive players are not allowed to dive for yards. This is also determined at the officials discretion.
Penalty EnforcementM

All calls made by the officials are final.
The captain is given the option to accept or decline any penalty except for dead ball fouls.
A dead ball foul is any penalty before the snap or after the play has been blown dead. These fouls will be followed immediately by a whistle to stop play.
If penalties are issued to both teams on the same play they will offset, and the down will be replayed.
