Our objective is to enrich the world of motorsport by introducing and helping

new talents to participate and excel in high level motorsport races.

A driver’s success comes as the result of the right choice of racing team

and focused management. The mission of FIRST GEAR MOTORSPORT

FIRST GEAR was born from an idea of two friends each specializing in different spheres:

is the Milan-based manager, with international

experience in marketing projects, corporate

development and motorsport driver management,

thanks to a background in marketing and

economics – and a knowledge of languages such

as English and Russian. Gianluca from the outset

of his career has managed important projects in

many countries. His extensive worldwide

experience enabled his access to the world of

motorsport and to offer services for drivers from

countries far and near who need legal

information, logistical and linguistic support.

race technical director, started his career in 1993 with

Parolin racing karts administering the technical sector

of their racing team. In 1997 he founded his own

karting team for young drivers - teaching them the

fundamentals of kart racing and driving skills. In 2001

he commenced his successful collaboration with the

team MBM (Mercedes-Benz Mclaren) of Dino Chiesa,

where he directly supervised Lewis Hamilton and Nico

Rosberg. Following this experience, in the ensuing years

Mirko, with other drivers such as Piccini, went on to

win numerous championships including the Open

Masters, the French Championship and many other

important races. From 2004 to 2008 Dino Chiesa invited

him to work together again in the racing team Zanardi.

agents, in the major rising countries and where motorsport is already at its

best.

Thanking to deep knowledge of motorsport world and direct connections with

the most important teams from karting to formula, FIRST GEAR MOTORSPORT

MANAGEMENT guarantee to their clients only high level, skilled and qualified

environments. All drivers and projects are directly followed and supervised by

founders.

The best way to approach racing world is , at first, to take part at a

driving karting school or in alternative, depending of driver age,

organize private tests with a personal trainer that will teach racing

fundamentals. FIRST GEAR MOTORSPORT MANAGEMENT thanking to

deep connections and profound experience in motorsport world is

able to offer to their clients only high skilled professionals as personal

trainer and high level driving school all over the Europe.

Next fundamental step it’ll be a planning of career’s assets starting

with the choosing of the right team.
