Q: I know that Pro Lean Mass Xtreme™ has 12 different sources of protein. Exactly what are the sources and what are their digestion rates?A: Pro Lean Mass Xtreme™ contains 12 nutritionally complete and super-concentrated protein sources, which collectively foster a sustained release of

amino acids. These individual protein fractions and their respective digestion rates are as follows: Please keep in mind that the digestion rate for the various protein sources listed are quoted in general terms, and may change depending on the amount of protein consumed, and whether or not the proteins are consumed with other foods and/or micronutrients.

Q: I am lactose-intolerant. Can I take Pro Lean Mass Xtreme products or any of your other protein powders?A: Some of the protein contained in Pro Lean Mass Xtreme™ are derived from milk; therefore, there is a degree of lactose, less than 0.2%. Given your lactose intolerance condition, whether or not you can consume our formulas is a question best answered by your primary care physician. He or she will be able to assess the severity of your lactose intolerance and make a recommendation. We have gotten feedback from lactose intolerant individuals who consume many of our protein products, some of whom feel no discomfort, and others who just simply need to take a digestive enzyme 30 minutes prior to consumption. A: Unfortunately, we cannot release the exact amino acid profiles for our protein blends, simple due to the fact that our blends are proprietary. Returns


Extreme Labs stands by all of our products 100%. If for some reason you would like to return a product, although we are happy to assist, you must have a return authorization number for any return issue such as damaged, incorrect, not selling, end user, etc.

Obtaining a Return Authorization Number: To obtain a RA#, please call 1-800-513-6672, any representative can assist you

After you obtain your RA#, please pack the product for shipment. Please note: Please mark the outside of returned boxes with the RA# (return authorization). Packages without RA#'s clearly marked on packages will be refused.

All returns must be mailed within 15 days from when customer receives RA#. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on products being returned due to customer error or consumer (end user) dissatisfaction.

• No C.O.D returns will be accepted. • A 10% restocking fee will be applied to ALL returns. • Returned merchandise must not be marked in any manner and in a resalable condition .

• Closeout and Discontinued items may not be returned for any reason. • No Cash refunds given on returns.

DAMAGED ITEMS


DAMAGED ITEMS: Merchandise damaged during shipment must be reported to Extreme Labs within 5 days of receipt. Please email us to notify us of any damaged items (please include your order number and the item description in your email). We will then contact the shipping company for the retrieval of the damaged item(s), and either send you a call tag, replacement order, or issue you a credit for the cost of any of the merchandise that is confirmed to be damaged. If your item(s) are being credited, a full credit for the damaged item(s) will be issued within 10 business days of our receipt of the returned package.

ERRORS: Mistakes are a disappointment to everyone especially us. We make every attempt to send you what you order. In the rare occasion that you receive an item(s) other than what you ordered, DO NOT open the item(s) or you will void your right to return it. Please email us for an RA number prior to returning any merchandise (please include your order number and the item description in your email). A valid RA number must be included on the shipping label, or our receiving department will refuse the package. Full credit for the returned item(s) will be issued for unopened and undamaged merchandise within 10 business days of our receipt or the returned package.
