Hoop Culture-The MagazineThe idea behind this project is to draw a link between the 500,000 million people that are fans of basketball into the Hoop Culture global network.

TBE will produce a comprehensive webzine that will connect the global culture of basketball to celebrate the sport.  By doing so, we hope to act as a catalyst to the development of grassroots programs around the world.
