This December come and experience the thrill

of hosting your winter party in an exclusive

venue available for your sole use. You and your

party will be indulged in an evening of sparkling

entertainment and gourmet cuisine.

Step into our Victorian house and let the history

surround you as the rich heritage provides an

unrivalled London setting – the venue possesses

grand spaces but with the warmth and inviting

atmosphere of a private house.

A sophisticated fun filled winter wonderland

evening awaits you. Kent House Knightsbridge

offers an elegant setting with beautiful

architecture, striking lighting and the cool

sounds of a pianist to welcome you.

Divine dresses and sharp suits are the order of the

day as guests enjoy complimentary champagne

and canapés in the historic surroundings of this

stunning townhouse venue.

Your guests can escape the winter chill as they are greeted by dramatic

flambeaux lighting outside the venue. Inside, flickering candlelight and

gold colour washes lead you into a radiant backdrop of warmth and

glittering beauty, where your guests are welcomed with champagne

cocktails and yuletide canapes.

The sweeping lantern-lit grand staircase leads guests up to dinner

in the Sanctuary which will be beautifully dressed in regal golds and

dramatic purple. A mouth-watering menu is provided by top London

caterer, Acclaim Food. A three-course seasonal dinner will be served

on beautifully dressed tables, set to enjoy a sumptuous feast.

Evolve Events, are able to source

a wide range of professional and

entertaining acts.

The winter splendour experience carries on to the twinkling

North Sanctuary which is transformed into a chic party

zone. A dazzling LED bar serves unlimited drinks, whilst our

DJ takes over with classic party anthems setting the tempo

for your guests to dance into the night – if you know exactly

what gets your colleagues dancing then we can create an

appropriate play list in advance of the event.

Entertainment

LocationKent House Knightsbridge is the first

building on the left as you pass through

the security gates at the top of Rutland

Gardens. It is in a superb location, in a

secluded and secure road opposite the

Knightsbridge Barracks.

Public Transport

The Piccadilly Line stops at Knightsbridge,

exit Brompton Road & Harrods. The walk

from Knightsbridge underground station

is less than five minutes. Four bus routes

(No 9, 10, 52 & 452) stop outside the

building.

Car Parking

There is no parking on Rutland Gardens

but metered parking is available on

Rutland Gate and within Hyde Park on

Carriage Drive. Underground parking is

close by on Kensington Road on the corner

of Ennismore Gardens.

A 63 amp 3 phase supply is available in both the Rutland Room and the

South Sanctuary.

Hard wired internet is available in the Library and Rutland Room

and Wi-Fi in most other parts of the building. We are currently
