Let’s Start Testing You!

Hey BodSquaders! How are you doing? Nolan here from BodsquadTraining.com. Just wanted to shoot a video out to all our members and even non-members, if you’re thinking of becoming a member. We know that this week you’re doing your Fitness Testing and your Body Comp Testing. The big thing about this is, guys, we really want to start testing you guys to see where you’re at and where you want to get to.

What Is Your Fitness Goal?

Going on from our theme, the trainers at BodSquad have been talking and we really want to set like 4-week goals for you. So once we’ve done this fitness testing, we’re all going to calibrate your results and then we’re going to come back to you individually and say: “Ok. What’s one thing you want to work on? Like, do you want to become quicker with the 1k run? Or do you want to do better on the row? Or do you want to be able to do ten push-ups on your toes?” Whatever your physical fitness goal may be, let us know and we are going to put that in as your 4-week main goal. So let’s train towards something!

What Do You Want To Work On In The Next 4 Weeks?

We know we’re all training, for lifestyle and to be healthy and fit, but let’s start putting some actual physical goals in there so we know we’re obtaining them. So let’s go back to your trainer, let’s get back on track, let’s see what’s one thing you can work on. Think about it now with this post that we’re going to put on our blog and on Facebook. What is one thing that you really want to work on in the next 4 weeks? We really want to do this, obviously, in November, and then leading up to December’s going to be more of a fun festive month for everyone at BodSquad, but we always want to be working with you guys to see what is it we can do to make your fitness, your health, your lifestyle the best it can be.
